The Electricity Company of Ghana, has assured Ghanaians of a correct billing system now implemented.
A statement made by the Company was, "The Electricity Company of Ghana has taken note of various complaints from our customers and stakeholders regarding our meters and billing… The outstanding anomalies, over-billing will be corrected by end of June,2016."

The ministry of power supported by the government set up a kind of special inter-agency task force to investigate complaints about from the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG). This investigation has been made and submited to government but still holds the information not to share it public.
All reports by the investigative team is been analyzed and prof-read to confirm the information brought.
