Three good ways to be a billionaire in 2020..

by

It is everybody's wish to make money and to have plenty of it too in their possession as well but one question that's frequently asked is how do I become financially stable at least or become a billionaire?

Yes, I have the answer to the above question and it's important to note that the following answers will take a lot of hard work to achieve if you are really bent on counting billions on a regular.

1. Look for a problem that no one has found a solution to and be the solution to that problem. If you ask me, this is one of the short cut to become a billionaire in 2020. Imagine the amount of money that you will count if you are able to discover the cure for HIV/AIDS. If you look closely around your environment, you can find a small problem that you can solve for people and start making some cash from.

2. Have huge believe in your potentials to make it. If you want to sell any product or service you need to first believe in how good the product is and make sure the product is really good. Now, make people really get to know how good that product or service is and bingo, you are on your way to becoming a billionaire.

3. Start looking for great opportunities online and take advantage of them.
Programs such as affiliate marketing, blogging, multi level marketing has made people billions within the shortest possible time but with a lot of hard work.

We can all be rich if we really put ourselves to it and really work smart and hard towards getting results.

Year of Return: Implications for Ghana.

by
2019 will go down as one of the most important years in the history of this country as far as tourism is concerned.

The government of Ghana has made it one of its top priorities to sell the country to the outside world and open its arms to foreigners and welcome them to explore the country in terms of business and also as a tourist destination.

As a result of the great work done by the ministry of foreign affairs, our airports have seen influx of visitors at a record rate to the astonishment of the people of this nation. It is as a result of this that celebraties such as Cardi B, Rozay and others have also visited the country for the first time but what benefit does the country seek to derive from these visits?

I know some of my readers may not be direct beneficiaries from this but I will outline some impacts of the Year Of Return to the nation.

First of all, workers in the tourism sector, that is, hotel owners, cooks, entertainment centers and tourism destinations such as the Wli water falls, Aburi gardens will have huge revenue this season hence an increase in tax revenue to the country.

To add to the above, the country can take one big lesson from this, that is, with proper promotion as we have seen in the case of Rwanda, Ghana can become one of the main tourist destinations in Africa. It is possible if only we plan it well enough.

In as much as we are planning for all these, we should be weary of the fact that, if the country does not take its sanitation issues seriously, people will by all means come to Ghana but the insanitary conditions from refuse improperly disposed will make them never to return here again.

Why most workers go 'broke' in January.

by

It is believed that the month of January has 62 days but not the 31 that's known on the calendar. This is due to the fact that most workers run out of money even before the start of January. The following are some of the reasons why the month of January is seen by most workers as a difficult month.

To start with, salaries are mostly paid by mid December to workers for them to 'enjoy' the Christmas with. Due to the 'give me something' attitude of Ghanaians, and the low income levels coupled with the high dependency ratio in the country, the average Ghanaian with an income of about Gh¢1500.00 will start begging for money even before the start of the new year if he receives his salary by 15th of December. Do you know the sad part of this?, by the 1st of January, the average Ghanaian worker would now have to turn into 'beg man' to survive for the rest of the month.

To add to the above, most workers in the country do not plan for their salaries properly. They don't have a budget for their money and makes little or no plan towards Christmas and New year celebrations. If you put aside just Gh¢200 per month for Christmas every month, that will give you Gh¢2200 by the end of November which is quite enough to supplement your salary in December and give you a better Christmas celebration.

Also, the total dependence on one source of income as against unlimited needs has created more misery for workers than happiness. It's a shame most workers in the country can not boast of a side business to help relieve them of the huge burden that they carry.

It's possible to have a good Christmas and still have a debt free January.

Shatta Wale is the 2019 artist of the year.

by

The controversies that come with various categories during VGMA's have made it difficult for people to clearly and boldly predict the winner of most categories, most importantly the artist of the year.

Mostly, this category can not be mentioned without the likes of Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy, Sarkodie and Samini in it because they have made releasing of hit songs and hard work their hobby.

All said and done, this year won't be an exception when most people will argue whether or not the king of the Shatta movement deserves to be crowned the artist of the year.

The release of his Wonder album coupled with his international collaborations with the queen of female musicians, Beyonce has set him miles ahead of the other great musicians that had their names mentioned earlier.

The number of shows that he headlined during the year is also a clear indication of him been deserving of this award.

I will conclude by saying that, this assessment is coming from the board of latest Ghana blog and not in the interest of any third party.
